AB - The aim of this study is to examine basic leg extensor isometric F-t curve characteristics obtained by testing in standing position. The sample consisted of 5 different sub-samples: power lifters (N=22), karate athletes (N=9), judokas (N=10), well trained athletes (N=39), and a control group (N=31). Six contractile characteristics were investigated: FmaxIZO-the level of maximal isometric force; tFmaxIZO-the time necessary for achieving maximal isometric force; RFDFmaxIZO-an index of basic isometric explosive force i.e. the isometric rate of force developement; FrelIZO-the relative value of the achieved maximal force; RFDFrelIZO-the relative value of isometric rate of force developement; and RFD/Fmax-an index which determines the level of development of basic isometric explosive force from the aspect of biological potential. Regarding all individual contractile parametres, the results showed that there is a statistically significant differences (p lt 0.001) between the sub-samples. Regarding all standardized differences, where the criterion represented the result of control group, FmaxIZO in power lifters is 65.34%, in karate athletes is 11.41%, in judokas 22.58%, and at well trained population 15.12% bigger. Regarding RFDFmaxIZO in power lifters, the obtained value was 243.80%, in karate athletes 118.36%, in judokas 129.17% and in the well-trained group was 43.33% higher that the control group. From the point of view of RFD/Fmax value, the obtained value in power lifters was 243.80%, in karate athletes 118.36%, in judokas 129.17% and in the well-trained group was 43.33% higher than the control group. According to the obtained analyses here related to F-t curve leg extensor characteristics, it is possible to define initial model indicators for six tested contractile characteristics in tested athletes and well-trained populations.

AB - This paper deals with crime reconstruction as a method of crime investigation which represents a set of systematic, analytical processes which serve to provide relevant information about the manner of creation and dynamics of crime perpetration. Special attention is paid to ethical principles of crime reconstruction, as well as to the relationship between a scientific method and crime reconstruction method. In addition to this, basic information on models, scientific principles and practical standards of crime reconstruction have been presented. The subject of research is directed towards the analysis of determinants of creation of material pieces of evidence, as well as towards establishing theories and scientific principles for their analysis in order to deduct evidence admissible in court. Finally, the paper analyses the place of crime reconstruction within a complex procedure of its clearing up and proving.

The aim of this work was to define functional dimorphism (F maxNd/DoHGiso) and model characteristics at maximal isometric hand grip force (FmaxHGiso) in top level athletes in the Repupllc of Serbia. 256 top level athletes were tested from taekwondo, waterpolo, track and fields, basketball, orienteering, volleyball, archery, boxing, judo, handball and power lifting teams. Methods. In order to assess the FmaxHGiso we used standardized equipment, i.e., a sliding device that measures isometric finger flexor force, with a tenslometric probe fixed inside the device. Results. The average values of FmaxHGiso and relative force measured by allometric and classic method for right and left hand grip for the total sample were 632±125.67, 591.06±118.91 N; 32.47±5.56, 30.31±5.16 N/BM0.667; 0.7548±0.1363, 0.7044±0.1252 DaN/BM. The average value of FmaxNd/DoHGiso was 0.924±0.0752. Significant difference was established for the measurement characteristics at the level of Wilks Lambda 0.357, F=3.853, P=0.000. Maximal average value F maxHGiso for left and right hand is found in power lifters (795.08±94.45, 827.65±103.45 N) and minimal in taekwondo (454.67±48.2, 502.67±74.21 N). The most expressed F maxNd/DoHGiso was found in handball 0.8757±0.07. Considering defined classification of FmaxNd/DoHGiso, we classified the examinees from different sports in 4 groups: symmetry (volleyball, basketball, judo, boxing, power lifting 0.9337 to 0.9597); average (taekwondo, waterpolo 0.9076 to 0.9336); asymmetry (track and fields, orienteering, archery 0.8816 to 0.9075); dominant asymmetry of functional hand grip relations (handball <0.8815). Conclusion. The results obtained can be used to determine criteria decisions from the aspect of diagnostic procedures, metric aspect, medical aspect.

AB - System of selection for the Academy for Criminalistic and Police Studies (KPA) in Belgrade is projected as a four-dimension model. On the hindmost level, candidates for the KPA are under the estimation of level of development of Basic Motorical Ability (BMS). The estimation of BMS was performed by test method, in which two variables were used for defining the morphologic space, and seven variables for defining motoric (physical ability) space. The aim of this research was to define normative selection criterion for the estimation BMS status of male and female candidates applying for KPA, using as the methods for calculating the general level of development of BMS. Research has been carried out on the basis of the data analysis of BMS status for previous seven generations of KPA candidates. The sample included 3563 subjects, among whom there were 2961 males and 602 females. The results of this research point out to indispensability of changing the requirements regarding points as the selection criterion of candidates for the first year of studies at KPA in Belgrade, which should be done in the following way: 1) if the curriculum for Special Physical Education (SFO) is projected for the duration of eight terms, point-based selection criterion for the first year students should be positioned on the level of general methodological standard or 33,33 ‰ percentile distribution. In such a case, the selection criterion from the BMS aspect should be 8,77 points for males, and 8,48 points for females; 2) if the educational concept of the subject SFO retains its current two-semester status within the KPA curriculum, it is advisable to harmonize norms with European and worldwide trends for two-term syllabuses. In this case, we suggest that the selection criteria should be defined for specific police purposes, i.e. on the level of 40,0 ‰ percentile distribution. Thus the limit for accepting candidates with respect to BMS should amount to 9,36 points for males, and 9,08 points for females.
