Crisis management as a theoretical discipline and form of applicative management has been intensively developing in the last two decades. On the other hand, crisis and crisis management are relatively new concepts in Serbia in both theoretical and practical sense. Their implementation is accompanied by terminological confusion that refers to some basic phenomena emergency, crisis, conflict and disaster, and different kinds of management aimed at monitoring and controlling contingencies and dangers. The purpose of the paper is to contribute to conceptual and terminological demarcation in this field.
Krizni menadžment kao teorijska disciplina i vrsta aplikativnog menadžmenta intenzivno se razvija u svetu u poslednje dve decenije. S druge strane kriza i krizni menadžment su relativno nov koncepti u Srbiji u teorijskom i praktičnom smislu. Njihova implementacija praćena je terminološkom konfuzijom koja se odnosi na osnovne fenomene - vanrednu situaciju, krizu, konflikt i katastrofu, ali i različite vrste menadžmenta koje predstavljaju pokušaj da se upravlja neizvesnostima i opasnostima. Rad predstavlja pokušaj da se doprinese konceptualnom i terminološkom razgraničenju u ovoj oblasti.
