Стицање знања о посебним и специјалним задацима полиције употребом софтвера за електронско учење MOODLE

Abstract

Радом се проблематизује стицање знања о посебним и специјалним задацима полиције употребом софтвера за електронско учење Moodle. За илустрацију текста у овом раду коришћен је електронски курс са сајта Природно-математичког факултета Универзитета у Новом Саду, који носи назив Организација и послови полиције, односно његов део који се односи на лекцију Посебни и специјални задаци полиције.Паралелно с праћењем текста овога рада, могуће је пратити и садржај наведеног курса, односно лекције која се у њему садржи, логовањем на http://edumoodle.pmf.uns.ac.rs. На сликама на одговарајућим страницама рада који следи и наведеног онлајн курса приказане су одређење удобности које платформа Moodle нуди студенту који похађа електронски вид наставе. Сврха рада је развој свести заинтересованих лица о могућностима ублажавања и превазилажења проблема одсуствовања с наставе дела студената којима службене обавезе не дозвољавају њено редовно похађање у просторијама високошколских образовних установа. Како се радом проблематизује стицање знања о посебним и специјалним задацима полиције употребом софтвера за електронско учење Moodle, његова структура обухвата разматрање следећих питања: курс којим је обухваћена лекција Посебни и специјални задаци полиције, разматрање садржаја наведене лекције у различитим модалитетима, наставни ресурси и питања. Симетрично томе, структуриран је глави део предстојећег саопштења.

Th e paper problematises the acquisition of knowledge on specifi c and special tasks of the police by use of soft ware for e-learning Moodle. In order to illustrate the paper electronically, course from the site Faculty of Sciences within University of Novi Sad have been used, known as Organization and operations of the police. Along with monitoring the paper, it is possible to keep track of the content of afoerementioned courses, lesson Specifi c and special tasks of the police, that is contained therein, on web address – site http://edumoodle.pmf.uns.ac.rs. Impossibility of gathering multiple participants at the same time in the same place, is the fact of the teaching process. Another problem that occurs aft er the absence of the students from the classes refers to the availability of the textbook, or practicums, because they are deprived of the other teaching materials (resources) in the form of scientifi c papers, graphics, fashion, fi lm, on-line dictionaries etc. In addition, these students hardly participate in communication with the lecturer, with other fellow students and therefore deprived from knowledge transfer. Finally, neither the students who do not attend classes regularly, nor the professors cannot get the feedback about the students’ progress, validity of teaching process, textbooks, etc. One of the resonable solutions to overcome theseproblems ise-learning. Specifi ed and the innovative format of e-learning mitigates or entirely solve the issue by facilitating the attendance of students as well as making textbooks and other educational material (scientifi c papers, graphical models, fi lms, online dictionaries and other) completely available to students. Th e our example that materializes the aforementioned theory is: Specifi c and special tasks of the police. Besides, students who attend theoretical lectures have the benefi t to interact with teachers and other fellow students. For better, more meaningful and more intimate communication, the student can create their own profi le and update it from time to time. Finally, students have the chance to attend classes with electronic feedback from the professors about their own progress as well as professors can have feedback from students that tells about validity of teaching process, textbooks, on-line courses, content and structure of lessons, its transparency, reliability of learning methods, especially in terms of evaluation, etc. E-learning cannot be replace viva voce – classroom learning but can be taken as alternative or supplement. Th is statement has been based upon e-learning experiences in Serbia and abroad, especially in European Union. Besides, it is supported by the fact that staff cannot be fully educated about practical issues.only through e-learning process. Future scientifi c researches in the field of e-learning should follow direction of identifying the appropriate learning content for e-learning.
