Sadržaj angažovanja protivterorističkih jedinica tokom oslobađanja talaca predstavlja se procesom koji se sastoji iz četiri faze. Srž procesa predstavljaju druga i treća faza oslobađanja talaca. Posmatrane kao jedinstvena celina, druga i treća faza procesa oslobađanja talaca mogu se struktuirati kao celina polazišta, postupka i sredstva, kojim se vraća sloboda otetim licima.
The content of the hiring of the Anti-terrorist Units while setting free the hostages is represented by the process that is made up offour phases. The core of the process is the second and the third phase of the setting free of the hostages. Looked upon as on a unique whole, the second and the third phase of the setting free of the hostages can be structured as a whole of the starting point, procedure and the means, which are all used in order to give the freedom back to the kidnapped persons.
