AB  - By careful analysis of the content of Archibald Reiss message in his book “Listen, Serbs”,
the authors study the significance and role of traditional values of Serbian people – patriotism, courage,
hospitality, honesty and respect for opponents, faith and charity, aim to, together with comparative analysis
with advertising discourse during the conflicts in ex-Yugoslavia, construct a modern model of crisis com-
munication. From the context of the symbolic organization of messages and their hidden meanings, the
authors stress the importance of communication control and information management during the conflict,
as otherwise the moral panic and chaos arise. Developing McDougall’s instinct theory that determines the
behaviour of individuals and entire social groups, the authors remind us that Reiss was the first to real-
ize the human mind as a centre of social activity responsible for further development of individuals and
nations. Starting from the assumption that the social life is primarily political and preoccupied with the
question of redistribution of power, the authors discuss the construction of the security framework within
the community, warning it of the problem of unequal access to information. By influencing the modelling
of media images of a group or society its propaganda activities is enabled, which is essential during the crisis
or emergency situation, as their number will increase in the future.

AB  - Youth, as individual group with specific marks is a product of
modern age. Autors give its definite and basic karakteristics, after what they
determine the concept of culture, subculture and kontraculture, after to be
devoted to cultures at al., and especialy the ones that include violence. The
fenomenon of skinheads is more detaily analized and the basic karakteristics
of this subculture in the world and at us are given. Autors conclude that the
subcultures like this are simbolic rebelion of young generation which does
not have the posibilities to expres and confirmes it self in society.
AB  - Mladi, kao individualne grupe sa specifičnim obeležjima, ili subkul-
tura mladih proizvod je modernog doba. Autori daju njihove konačne i
osnovne karakteristike nakon što su utvrdili koncept kulture, potkulture i kon-
trakulture, i pošto su se posvetili kulturi kao opštem pojmu, naročito onom koji
uključuje nasilje. Skinhedski fenomen je više podrobno analiziran i osnovne
karakteristike ove subkulture u svetu i kod nas već su date. Autori zaključuju da
su potkulture kao što je ova simbol buntovništva mlade generacije koja nema
mogućnosti da se izrazi i samopotvrdi u društvu.

AB  - Liquidity risk is the risk of adverse effects (unexpected losses) on financial results and equity due to bank’s inability to properly fulfill its obligations. Risk management is very important, given that the insolvency of one bank can have far-reaching effects on the entire financial system and the global environment, as confirmed by the crisis in the U.S. mortgage market, which began by subprime loans in 2007 and then spilled over to the entire world. Many debt holders refused or were unable to stop their investments creating huge problems of funding for financial institutions. These problems are exacerbated their difficulties to sell their assets to secure financial resources. This paper analyzes the sources of liquidity, including liquidity risk and asset liquidity risk financing (funding). Liquidity of assets is analyzed as the ability to generate cash, depending on market conditions, spread (bid-ask price) and the impact of the market, and the time horizon of liquidation, and the value at risk (VaR) is extended to VaR adjusted liquidity. Funding liquidity risk analysis, based on an assessment of the basic structure of liabilities and off-balance sheet items, using gap analysis, emphasizes the importance of contingency planning functions financing, practical experiences of managing liquidity risk and introduction of general-Basel III liquidity.

AB  - The nature of production, market competition and the development of human society suggest that the technical and technological development is the condition for economic progress. Engineering and technology in all their dynamics have become both a condition and assumption of further development of a society. Thanks to new technological achievements in information sphere the assumptions have been created for more efficient and more productive business activities. Information Technology (IT) has powerful influence on the entire structure of a company, although it is not realized to the same extent or in the same way within all of its segments. It is more pronounced in some cases and less in some others. However, the IT influence is increasing and in many ways it becomes more important if compared with the influence of other situation factors which determine the company organizational structure.

AB  - Fiind la hotarul a două epoci au apărut un şir de evenimente ce nu sunt influenţate de om (schimbarea climei, conflicte
interne, terorismul etc.) prin intermediul tehnologiilor informaţionale sau al surselor mass-media. Mediatizarea conflictelor
sociale interne (etnice, religioase, ideologice), precum şi a celor internaţionale depinde în mare măsură mai curând de calitatea
informaţiilor prezentate, decât de cantitatea acestora. Revitalizarea conflictelor religioase în Europa de Sud-Est după căderea
Zidului Berlinului, loialitatea sectară şi identităţile interconfesionale, precum şi modul de percepere a acestora de către sursele
mass-media oferă o bază inepuizabilă din punct de vedere sociologic şi politic pentru cercetări ştiinţifice. Complexitatea acestor
aspecte şi procese fac obiectul unor numeroase discuţii şi interpretări în diferite contexte. În acest studiu, am încercat să analizăm
şi să oferim o imagine obiectivă a structurii şi consecinţelor influenţei asupra populaţiei a tehnologiilor informaţionale şi a
informaţiilor prezentate de unele surse mass-media
