AB  - Over the past years, great effort was directed to make the various information systems interoperable, as the lack of interoperability was recognized as a major obstacle to progress on the general digitalization processes. Implementation of interoperability framework is challenged especially regarding large IT systems on EU level using and developing in the area of border management. In this paper, the main components and current status of development will be presented, including those searching portal, common biometric system, common identity data repository, and multiple identity detector. Following this approach, the use of a shared biometric matching service, as a digital forensic method, has a goal to allow users to perform more efficiently search and cross-match biometric data. Furthermore, a common identity repository will enable easy access to biographical information, so a person can be more reliably identified, and with a multiple identity detector, it will be possible to detect multiple identities.

AB  - Multiple sensor systems and applications in ecology deserve multidisciplinary approach. Concerning laser implementation in monitoring, main parameters and processes have to be chosen in description of object of interest. The purpose of this paper is to underline the links and usability of scattering matrices in the description of biological objects (cells, nuclei, bacteria, etc). Light scattering processes are unavoidable in application and measurements, based on laser systems. Depending on the measurement systems, angular scattering and differential cross sections carry valuable information, and measurements should confirm chosen simplifications from theory. Shape recognition, size and chemical content could be certainly of interest in one part of ecological monitoring (water). Thermal imaging of objects depends on emissivity (water, ground, etc.) and some simplifications of derived cases are added to the previous.

AB  - Methods for eearly detection, dynamics monitoring and surveillance of fire processes are topics which belong to the method class where high reliability, detection rate and response imply. Although various transformation processes exist for measuring and quantification of the principal parameters of fire processes, the use of optical methods (including ultraviolet, visible and infrared ranges) is increasing. Laser - quantum generator in all three parts of optical range through various measurement methods of real atmospheric parameters or fire environment are for a long time included in this area. Operation methods are related to linear and nonlinear processes enabling different ranges of measurement uncertainty. This paper is on one hand, dedicated to the analysis of up-to-date optical methods based on lidar solutions and on the other to simulation methods and possibilities of modern software tools.
AB  - Metode za rano otkrivanje, praćenje dinamike i nadgledanje požarnih procesa su problematika, koja pripada klasi metoda, gde se podrazumeva visoka pouzdanost, brzina detekcije i odziva. Iako postoje različiti procesi transformacije glavnih parametara požarnih procesa u cilju merenja i kvantifikacije, ipak su optičke metode (uključujući ultraljubičasti, vidljivi i infracrveni opseg) sve više u upotrebi. Laseri - kvantni generatori, u sva tri dela optičkog područja, kroz različite metode merenja parametara atmosfere ili požarne okoline, su odavno uključeni u problematiku. Metode rada su vezane za linearne i nelinearne procese, koji omogućuju različite opsege mernih nesigurnosti. Rad je posvećen, sa jedne strane, analizi savremenih optičkih metoda baziranih na lidarskim rešenjima, a sa druge, metodama simulacije i mogućnostima savremenih softverskih alata.

AB  - The wide application of the AlMgSiCu alloy type in almost all industry branches, needs permanent improvement of their properties. This paper deals with specific structural changes of alloy caused by thermo mechanical and laser treatment by different operation dynamical regimes of treatment (ruby laser; λ = 6694,3 x 10-9; Q switch). Structural changes are observed by transmission (TEM) and sening (SEM) microscope. The testing results are presented micro graphically. Special attention is aroused by changes in material structure caused by laser treatment.
AB  - Široka primena legura tipa AlMgSiCu u gotovo svim industrijskim granama zahteva njihovo stalno usavršavanje i poboljšanje njihovih osobina. Ovaj rad razmatra specifične strukturne promene legure uzrokovane termomehaničkom i laserskom obradom različitim radnim dinamičkim režimima obrade (ruby laser; λ = 6694,3 x 10-9; Q switch). Strukturne promene su posmatrane transmisionim (TEM) i sening (SEM) mikroskopom. Rezultati ispitivanja su prikazani mikrografijom. Posebnu pažnju pobuđuju promene u strukturi materijala prouzrokovane laserskom obradom.

AB  - Interferrometric methods are applied in many different fields of research particularly during the phase of rapid dynamic processes. Among them, there is a special place for techniques by coherent sources of light which, along with the perfection of classic types of interferometers, create new possibilities for research work. The development of lasers the order of fs pulse length as well as the recording technique approaches the borderline connected to the fundamental resolutions of measuring process. In this paper, some of the optical methods are analyzed, with the accent on those of interferrometric type, the layout of the experiment, the results on specific geometric shapes and some aspects of noise and scattering.
AB  - Interferometrijske metode ulaze u mnoge oblasti istraživanja, pogotovo u fazi brzih dinamičkih procesa. Posebno mesto imaju tehnike sa koherentnim izvorima svetlosti, koje, pored usavršavanja klasičnih tipova interferometara, otvaraju i nove mogućnosti istraživanja. Razvoj lasera dužine impulsa reda fs, kao i tehnika zapisa približavaju se granicama vezanim za fundamentalne rezolucije procesa merenja. U radu su razmatrane neke od optičkih metoda, sa akcentom na one interferometarskog tipa, skicom eksperimenta, rezultatima na specifičnim geometrijskim oblicima i nekim aspektima šuma i rasejanja.
