AB  - Pravo na privatnost spada u red najvažnijih prava i sloboda čoveka i
građanina s kraja XX i početka XXI veka. U skladu s tim, a polazeći od potrebe da
se ljudska prava i sloboda identifikuju, kodifikuju i efikasno zaštite u nacionalnom
pravnom sistemu, naš zakonodavac je inkriminisao neovlašćeno otkrivanje tajne.
Polazeći od toga, u radu je analizirano zakonsko biće krivičnog dela iz člana 141.
Krivičnog zakonika Republike Srbije, a učinjen je i odgovarajući osvrt na sadržinu
lične i profesionalne (pozivne) tajne, odnosno na sličnosti i razlike između
odavanja profesionalne i poslovne tajne. Na osnovu svega toga se može zaključiti
da u Republici Srbiji podaci iz sfere privatnosti, koji s jedne strane predstavljaju
ličnu, a s druge profesionalnu tajnu, uživaju solidnu legislativnu zaštitu, što je od
nesumnjivog značaja za demokratski razvoj društva i predstojeće evropske
integracije.
AB  - The right to privacy is one of the most important rights and freedoms of a man
and a citizen in the late twentieth and early twenty-first century. Accordingly and
starting from the need for human rights and freedom to be identified, prescribed
and effectively protected within the national legal system, our legislators
incriminated unauthorized disclosure of secrets. Proceeding from this, the paper
analyzed the crime will be legislative in Article 141 of the Criminal Code of the
Republic of Serbia, and made the appropriate comment on the content of
personal and professional (dial) secrets, and the similarities and differences
between the disclosure of professional and trade secrets. On the basis of this it can
be concluded that in the Republic of Serbia the data from the sphere of privacy,
which on the one hand represent personal and on the other hand professional
secrets, enjoy a solid legislative protection, which is of undoubted importance for
the democratic development of society and the upcoming European integration.

AB  - The paper considers the issue of stealing electric energy as a manifestation of theft, as well as legal solutions derived from the Law on Energetics. The Public Enterprise 'Electric Power industry of Serbia', that is, the state budget, loses over 3 billion dinars a year from electric power thefts, so that social danger that derives from this offence is more than evident. Besides defining the offence in terms of criminal law, the paper itemizes ways of detecting the offence, describes the modus operandi of electric power theft and proposes the methodology of stolen energy audit. Efforts made by the Public Enterprise 'Electric Power Industry of Serbia' to lower the technical and non-technical losses in the transportation and distribution of electric power are different and are being conducted more or less successfully. Special emphasis was given to the action of replacement of electricity meters started by the Public Enterprise 'Electric Power Industry of Serbia', in order to act preventively on lowering technical and non-technical losses during the transportation and distribution of electric power.
AB  - Rad je posvećen razmatranju problematike krađe električne energije kao pojavnog oblika krađe, uz sagledavanje zakonskih rešenja proisteklih iz Zakona o energetici. JP EPS, odnosno državni budžet, godišnje je oštećen za oko tri milijarde dinara krađom električne energije, te je više nego očigledna društvena opasnost koja proizlazi iz vršenja pomenutog krivičnog dela. Pored krivično-pravnog određenja dela, u radu su navedeni i načini saznanja za izvršenje dela, kao i modus operandi krađe električne energije, uz metodologiju obračuna snage ukradene električne energije. Napori JP EPS da se smanje tehnički i netehnički gubici prilikom transporta i distribucije električne energije su različiti i sprovode se sa manje ili više uspeha, a poseban osvrt dat je na akciju zamene strujomera, započetu od strane JP EPS kojom bi se preventivno delovalo na smanjenje tehničkih i netehničkih gubitaka prilikom transporta i distribucije električne energije.

AB  - During 2001, at Police Academy in Belgrade, the research had been conducted with the defined goal to establish the scope and quality of adopted knowledge and skills by the students of this institution and, at the same time, it has immediate practical significance for their competence for carrying out entrusted jobs and tasks in the organs of interior affairs (police).It is certain that efficiency, promptness, professionalism and legality in carrying out the jobs and tasks by police officers depend, at great extent, on their professional training level. This paper analyzes the results which are obtained by the conducted research at Police Academy.
AB  - Tokom 2001. godine, na Policijskoj akademiji u Beogradu sprovedeno je istraživanje sa osnovnim ciljem da se ustanove obim i kvalitet usvojenog znanja i veština studenata u toj instituciji i istovremeno njihov neposredni praktični značaj za njihovu sposobnost u obavljanju poverenih poslova i zadataka u organima unutrašnjih poslova (policiji). Sigurno je da efikasnost, odgovornost, profesionalizam i zakonitost u obavljanju poslova i zadataka policajca u mnogome zavisi od nivoa njihove profesionalne obuke. U ovom radu su analizirani rezultati dobijeni sprovedenim istraživanjem na Policijskoj akademiji.
