dc.description.abstractKrizno komuniciranje predstavlja značajan deo ukupnog kriznog menadžmenta. Pored operativnih napora na rešavanju same krize u fizičkom svetu posebno je važno upravljanje percepcijom samog događaja (engl. meaning making) u ciljnim skupinama (javnostima) putem kriznog komuniciranja. Pri tome se mora imati u vidu činjenica da značenje nije naprosto dato već da se ono konstituiše u samoj komunikaciji između pošiljaoca informacije i njenog primaoca. Važno je i ono šta se govori (emituje) i način na koji se to radi ali i karakteristike publike kojoj su poruke upućene. U tom smislu naročito je važno posedovati svest i znanje o kulturnim razlikama. Različiti „stilovi života” javnosti, odnosno organizaciona kultura i ponašanje, koje u velikoj meri utiču na kvalitet i karakteristike primanja i emitovanja informacija, takođe mogu predstavljati prepreku za uspešnu kriznu komunikaciju. Nevešto vođena krizna komunikacija koja ne vodi računa o kulturnim razlikama i značaju simbola i rituala, može ozbiljno pogoršati samu krizu. I obrnuto, poznavanje i uvažavanje kulturnih razlika može značajno pridoneti efikasnosti krizne komunikacije i ubrzati rešavanje krizesr
dc.description.abstractCrisis communication is important part of overall crisis management. Besides the operative efforts to resolve the crisis in physical world, managing perception of the event (meaning making) in target groups (publics) is of utmost importance. In that context it should be noted that meaning is not simply given, but constructed in communication between the sender of information and its receiver. Apart from the content of the message it is also important that attention is paid to the form and way of transmission as well as the cultural attributes of public. It is important that communicator is aware of cultural differences. Different ”life styles” or manners of organizational culture and behavior, which significantly influence the quality and characteristics of sending and receiving information, can also impose a problem for a successful crisis communication. Unskillful crisis communication that neglects cultural differences and importance of symbols and rituals can seriously worsen the crisis itself, and vice versa: knowing and respecting cultural differences can improve efficiency of crisis communication and promote crisis solution.sr
