Causality application in the trace analysis of a committed criminal act

Abstract

Causality presumes an objective approach to the analysis of the genesis of a criminal act appearance. By relating the traces and the objects to the cause they are the effects of, an objective basis is created for a quality reconstruction of the proceeding of a criminal act. By establishing the determinants of the mode of perpetration on the basis of the effects, it is possible to build the personality profile of the perpetrator. A tactical approach based on causality by which an attempt is made to set prognostic versions of the perpetrator's behavior after the crime had been committed is an objective basis for planing the measures and actions that should be taken within the framework of the forensic investigation.

Uzročnost podrazumeva objektivan pristup analizi geneze nastanka kriminalnog događaja. Povezivanjem tragova i predmeta sa uzrokom usled koga su nastali, stvara se objektivna osnova za kvalitetnu misaonu rekonstrukciju toka radnje kriminalnog događaja. Utvrđivanjem determinanti načina izvršenja, na osnovu posledice, omogućuje se izrada profila ličnosti učinioca. Taktički pristup koji na osnovu uzročnosti nastoji postaviti prognozne verzije o post deliktnom ponašanju učinioca predstavlja objektivnu osnovu za planiranje mera i radnji u okviru kriminalističke obrade.
