Jakov is the repository of the University of Criminal Investigation and Police Studies in Belgrade. Jakov provides open access to publications, as well as other results created within the framework of projects carried out at the University. The name Jakov reflects our positive attitude towards tradition, since Jakov Nenadović (1765 - 1836) was the first Serbian minister of the interior (1811 - 1813), the first reformer of the police service in Serbia and a great advocate of legality.

The software platform of the repository is adapted to the modern standards applied in the dissemination of scientific publications and is compatible with international infrastructure in this field.

You may use the external application Authors, Projects, Publications (APP) to browse and search authors and funding information. APP also enables metadata export and displays Altmetric scores and Dimensions, Scopus and Web of Science citation counts.
